Bridging Gaps Pty Ltd is an organisation that aims to support and empower people with disability to achieve their individual goals, realise their full potential and improve their overall well-being and quality of living/life expectancy. We are committed to improving the well-being of people with disabilityand addressing their complex needs to allow them to live as autonomously as possible.

To provide our clients (people with disability) with a high level of service that meets their needs through developing quality service standards, positive client relationships, enhanced communication and service delivery plans for all service users.
