Bridging Gaps Pty Ltd is an organisation that aims to support and empower people with disability to achieve their individual goals, realise their full potential and improve their overall well-being and quality of living/life expectancy. We are committed to improving the well-being of people with disability and addressing their complex needs to allow them to live as autonomously as possible.

Our Story

Bridging Gaps Pty Ltd is a disability service organisation built on a strong foundation of empathy, respect, excellence, passion, integrity, and person-centred.  Our journey began with a mission to create an inclusive and culturally sensitive environment where people with disability feel supported, valued, and empowered to make choices, and live as autonomously as possible.

Our experienced leadership team poses strong governance skills, knowledge of diverse clients, professionalism and lived experiences that are crucial in delivering quality care, in addition to a shared commitment to excellence, ethical and high-quality person-centred, service delivery aimed at empowering and improving the quality of lives of people with disability.

Bridging Gaps Pty Ltd was created to offer something different— individualised support that is personal, flexible, and shaped around each individual’s needs and goals. We understand that everyone’s story is unique, and we are committed to walking alongside our participants as they build skills, confidence, and independence in safe and inclusive environments.

As a growing organisation, we focus on working with our clients from holistic, family-centred, strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches and prioritise quality, safety, and meaningful connections. Our team is dedicated to providing supports that enhance daily living, strengthen community participation, and promote wellbeing. We look forward to writing many exciting stories through providing top notch services to our clients, their families and the community to ensure no one is left behind.

We offer a wide range of services across Melbourne’s south-eastern and Gippsland regions including day programs, social and community participation, assistance with personal care, household tasks & transport, support coordination.

To maintain a financially viable and sustainable organisation through reach and standing in the community, effective risk management and planning processes.

To uphold exemplary governance and leadership; and maintain a skilled, effective workforce to implement appropriate accountability, control and risk management systems put in place.

To provide our clients (people with disability) with a high level of service that meets their needs through developing quality service standards, positive client relationships, enhanced communication and service delivery plans for all service users.
